Healing, Growth, Self-Love, Inner Connection & Transformation

ABOUT ME
Who is Silvia in a few words?
A traveler, creative, lifelong student, and curious soul exploring what it means to live fully. I am passionate about human potential, personal transformation, and creating spaces where people can heal and reconnect with themselves.
What defines me?

Life has shown me that we are constantly changing, growing, and reinventing ourselves. I have been a medical student, a doctor, a traveler, a volunteer, a yoga teacher, and a shamanic practitioner. Rather than identifying with a single role, I choose to remain open to who I am becoming.

How did I become a “healer”?
My path into healing began in medicine.
After seven years of studying and working in healthcare, I started questioning whether healing was only about treating physical symptoms. This curiosity led me to explore the emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.
What began as a journey around the world soon became a journey inward. Through personal healing, self-discovery, yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, and shamanic practices, I developed a more holistic understanding of health and healing.
I put the word “healer” in quotation marks intentionally, because I don’t believe my role is to heal you.
My role is to hold a safe and compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, access your own inner wisdom, and remember that you are the medicine you have been looking for.

My Story
What is healing for me?
Healing is remembering who you were before fear, conditioning, limiting beliefs, and past experiences convinced you otherwise.
It is the process of returning to yourself, creating space for all parts of who you are, and learning to live with greater presence, authenticity, health, joy and self-love.
What is my approach?
I believe the body, mind, and soul cannot be separated.
My work combines the scientific foundation of Western medicine with holistic practices that support emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual well-being. Rather than focusing on fixing what is wrong, I focus on creating the conditions for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
What is my role?
I don’t see myself as someone who heals others.
My role is to hold a safe and compassionate space where you can reconnect with your own wisdom, listen to your inner guidance, and remember that much of what you are seeking already exists within you.
Training & Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD)
My journey began in conventional medicine, where I spent seven years studying the human body, disease, and evidence-based treatment approaches. This training provided me with a deep understanding of physiology, pathology, and clinical reasoning, while also teaching me the importance of responsibility, critical thinking, and patient-centered care.
Through my clinical training in Hematology and Medical Microbiology, I had the opportunity to work closely with patients and witness firsthand the complexity of human health. While I deeply value Western medicine, my experiences led me to explore a more holistic understanding of healing that includes the emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of life.
Today, my medical background serves as a strong foundation for my holistic practice, allowing me to bridge scientific understanding with soul-centered approaches to healing.

Shamanic Practitioner
Shamanism entered my life not as something entirely new, but as something deeply familiar—an ancient wisdom that felt present within me long before I formally studied it.
To deepen this connection, I trained through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies Asia, following the teachings and methodology developed by Michael Harner, PhD, founder of Core Shamanism.
My training focuses on traditional shamanic practices that support healing, self-discovery, insight, and spiritual growth.
Training Includes:
  • Shamanic Journeying
  • Divination and Spiritual Guidance
  • Power Animal Retrieval
  • Soul Retrieval
  • Extraction Work
  • Psychopomp (Soul Guiding)
  • Energetic Awareness and Healing Practices
I have completed:
  • Healing Series
  • Knowledge Series
And I am currently enrolled in:
  • 3-Year Advanced Initiation Program in Shamanism & Shamanic Healing
These practices complement my medical and yoga backgrounds, offering an additional perspective on healing that honors the emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the human experience.

Certified Yoga Teacher (200-Hour YTT)
My yoga training deepened my understanding of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Beyond physical postures, I studied yoga as a complete lifestyle and a path toward self-awareness, balance, and inner transformation.
My teaching approach focuses on creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, stillness, and presence. This journey also sparked a deep passion for nervous system regulation, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation.
